Our refund policy varies with the service that you have placed an order for. Refund polices are described within our engagement agreement forms and the specific terms you agreed to are linked to you in order receipt email.
As a general policy (but please review the terms of service provided with your order receipt), refunds are available less any time and costs spent working on your matter. We are unable to refund goverment fees and we can not guarantee that the relevant government agency will provide you with the results you desire.
Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in a charge. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account).
Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by the customer’s card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer’s replacement card. If no replacement exists, the card issuer usually delivers the refund to the customer using an alternate method (e.g., check or bank account deposit).
